Q. What does Unique Union do?

Unique Union is a software development company founded in 2018. We build backend systems and APIs, cross-platform mobile apps, frontend web interfaces, complete SaaS platforms, UI/UX design and AI integrations. Cloud, DevOps and security work is handled as part of full system delivery.

Q. Which markets does Unique Union serve?

We deliver globally, with a specialized focus on the Middle East and North Africa. The team is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, so a project can be scoped, built and supported end to end in either language.

Q. What kind of products have you built?

Over 50 projects for 39+ clients since 2018. Public examples include Bulbul (connecting students with universities), Dietition (meal subscriptions with delivery tracking), BASK8 (on-demand laundry with driver tracking) and MediBook (clinic appointment booking with patient records). Further work is under NDA.

Q. Do you build the app and the backend, or just one part?

Both. Full systems are our most common engagement: we design the UI/UX, build the mobile app and the web frontend, develop the backend APIs, then deploy and maintain the infrastructure. We also join existing teams to own a single layer.

Q. Can you add AI to a product that already exists?

Yes. We integrate LLM-powered features, smart automation and AI capabilities into products that are already live, rather than only building AI applications from scratch.

Q. How big is the team?

7+ engineers, designers and developers, led by co-founders Monther and Ali. Client retention sits at 98% — most of our work comes from clients returning with a second and third project.
